Where are all the FAQs?

With the launch of the new features we've also launched a new knowledge base and support system to make it easier for everyone to ask questions of support. This section will populate over time and is currently fresh out of the box and the paint is still wet, so in the meantime please use the 'Submit ticket' option above to ask your question and we'll jump straight on it.

For complete transparency we are ran from the UK, so responses will happen during our working days over here (GMT). We are looking to widen this coverage in the future.

Also this support is really for questions about the site, not the hobby in general or advice on how-to-do things building or racing-wise etc. If you want a quick response for that type of thing then the forum is full of lots of knowledgeable people that will help you out.
